I deliver breath training through engaging and highly practical workshops and 1:2:1 sessions, so whether you want to boost team or individual performance and health, I can help you with both, and both can be tailored to you and your requirements.  

What do we cover

You will learn easy-to-implement, science-based techniques which can be used on-the-go and seamlessly embedded into your busy schedule. We will look at optimal breathing patterns for different situations, breathing habits, how you can effectively utilise your biochemistry, positive stressor techniques and also some quick wins, all with the goal of enabling you to access high performance states and better health. While it’s important to understand some of the theory, I ensure that the practicals take precedent and the techniques are suitable for everyone.  

What else do you get

Whether you opt for 1:2:1 training or workshop delivery, everyone involved with the training gets a copy of a training manual which summarises the science, provides instructions for the techniques and suggests a suitable training plan based on their current breathing habits. Every topic discussed in training is science-backed and there are a high number of studies and reports that support this which I am happy to share for those who want a deeper understanding.
